Tips to solve relationships problems.
Your partner is your biggest asset you need to learn how to communicate with your partner in a more supportive way. You must share your dreams and goals with your partner and have conversations about how your partner fits into your plans to help you reach your dreams and goals. Some basic steps that you need to implement in your relationship in order to solve problems and keep it healthy are: 1. work out or exercise with your partner. 2. Use I statements with your partner so that you are not accusing them of things. 3. make sure when you and your partner are arguing and you stop the conversation in order to take a timeout. That you let your partner know when you will come back and address the issues. 4. Create a nonverbal signal with your partner to indicate when you are upset. 5. When you are ready to address complicated issues with your partner make sure that both of you are relaxed and sitting down in a comfortable position. 6. Make sure you have a set schedule for spending time with your partner daily.
